Here is the reason why Travis Kelce asked the post office to stop delivering mail to his house; Opened up about the challenges he faces due to his celebrity status

Travis Kelce has been enjoying the perks of fame and fortune. However, along with the glitz and glamour comes a downside that many wouldn’t expect.

Here is the reason why Travis Kelce asked the post office to stop delivering mail to his house; Opened up about the challenges he faces due to his celebrity status

Kelce recently opened up about the challenges he faces due to his celebrity status, revealing that he had to take measures to protect his privacy, including asking the post office to stop delivering mail to his house. Having recently signed a record-breaking contract extension, has been making headlines not only for his on-field achievements but also for his high-profile relationship with pop star Taylor Swift.

In 2023, he made headlines once again when he purchased a 6 million-dollar mansion in a gated community outside Kansas City, reportedly due to privacy concerns after his former residence became a tourist attraction following Swift’s visit. Despite the move, Kelce found himself inundated with unsolicited mail, a problem he discussed with his brother Jason on the New Heights podcast.

The NFL star shared the challenges of maintaining privacy in the face of relentless attention, highlighting the unexpected consequences of his celebrity status. “The one thing you don’t realize when somebody posts your house online: everybody now has your address and people just send stuff to your house, so I literally stopped getting mail to my house,” Kelce revealed.

“I had to stop. I had to literally tell the post office ‘Stop bringing stuff to my house. Anything sent to my house, send right back to the sender.’ “So, anybody that’s just sending random s**t to my house, it’s not getting to me.”
