The struggles of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are extremely well-documented up to this point. In fact, there’s been a lot of over-coverage about the topic, which has made it tough to decipher what’s true and what isn’t.

What’s clear is that their marriage appears doomed at best, with many pointing to it ending in divorce very soon. Everyone has been waiting for signs and for either of them to publicly announce the split, but it hasn’t happened yet. The possibility is mounting quickly, though.

Per TMZ, Affleck recently bought a mansion in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles. The home costs approximately $20.5 million and features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

It’s a far cry from the 12 bedroom, 24 bathroom home Affleck and Lopez purchased together last summer. That home has been listed for $68 million and is currently on the market, as both Affleck and Lopez look to move on and move forward without the other in their lives. They originally bought it for a little over $60 million.

This recent purchase from Affleck points to the divorce happening relatively soon. We’ll see how long after the split it takes Affleck to really turn it into a bachelor pad.
