Travis Kelce Sends Strong Message When Asked Who’s Winning the Super Bowl This Season

ravis Kelce has clear answer when asked who’s winning the Super Bowl this season.
The Kansas City Chiefs (3-3) are coming off their best win of the season in Week 6, defeating the Detroit Lions (4-2) 30-17 in front of their home crowd at Arrowhead Stadium on “Sunday Night Football.”
Now, with Kansas City set to welcome back star wide receiver Rashee Rice from his six-game suspension — and quarterback Patrick Mahomes playing some of his best football in recent memory — the Chiefs appear poised to make yet another run at the Super Bowl in February.
While there’s still a long way to go, tight end Travis Kelce made it clear he’s confident in his team’s chances. During the latest episode of his “New Heights” podcast, released Wednesday morning and featuring guest Keanu Reeves, Kelce was asked by the actor who he thought would win the Super Bowl — and naturally, he didn’t hesitate to mention the Chiefs.
Reeves asked Kelce, “Who’s gonna win the Super Bowl?” — which prompted a confident response from the All-Pro tight end.
“I think the Kansas City Chiefs are rolling right now, big guy,” Kelce said. “That’s all I have to say.”
Travis Kelce and the Chiefs came up short in Super Bowl LIX last season against the Philadelphia Eagles. After briefly contemplating retirement this past offseason, Kelce decided to return for another year.
ow 36, he remains one of Patrick Mahomes’ most reliable offensive weapons — which isn’t surprising, given that the duo has played together since Mahomes entered the league in 2017 and have won three Lombardi Trophies.
Kelce led the Chiefs’ receiving corps against the Lions, hauling in six receptions for 78 yards. Through the season, he has totaled 28 receptions for 321 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 11.5 yards per catch.
